Voluntá aims to take into account the needs and interests of every single person and (sending or hosting) organization she mediates for, to be able to offer everyone the experience he or she is looking for.

For this reason, we offer different types of projects in different countries. There are short project, where the volunteer usually works in a group, but there are also longer projects, where the volunteer works more independently. For the longer projects, as well as for the projects in Africa , Asia and Latin America , Voluntá offers short training programmes, to ensure that the volunteer is prepared for the (unexpected) situations that may rise at the project site. Off course, our service also includes assistance in situations where the volunteer and the hosting organization encounter a problem they can not solve by themselves.

Volunteering abroad

All projects described on this website are open to volunteers. The only thing you have to do is look for a project you like, fill out the application form and send it in. Internships abroad

Not all projects are suitable to do your internship. In some cases this is because of the project duration, in other cases it may be difficult to organize the structure and guidance you need for you internship. The long term projects in Kenya, Mexico and Vietnam are most suitable for an internship. You can use the standard application form, as long as you mention that you're applying for an internship in the motivation section.
